MINDSET

Hey there!
I’m Ty, founder of The Warrior Collective. We have created the mastercourse on preparing recruits mentally and physically for Basic Military Training (BMT) and beyond.

With over two decades of service and eight years of instructor experience between the Army and Air National Guard, I’ve learned a broad variety of disciplines in the process of coaching, mentoring, and instructing new military members.

By carefully selecting innovative tools, The Warrior Collective has built a program that focuses on mindset, fitness, connection, and

community. Our strategic approach combines technology with mentorship while emphasizing the user experience.

The result of precisely combined platforms and strategies creates a learning environment that leaves our members physically preferred with a confident mindset, ready for the rigors of basic military training, technical school, and beyond.

THE JOURNEY

BMT may represent one of the most demanding challenges that recruits will encounter in their lives.  The Warrior Collective is an innovative approach that leads recruits to high levels of success at BMT, tech school, and beyond.

The Warrior Collective works in conjunction with any delayed entry program or student flight.  It is intended for Active Duty, Reserves, and Air National Guard

Why We Serve The module "Why We Serve" within the Warrior Collective is pivotal as it delves into the fundamental motivations and values behind military service. Understanding this aspect not only instills a sense of purpose but also fosters a deeper commitment to the journey ahead, enhancing trainees' resilience and dedication throughout their training and military careers.
Capstone The Capstone Project" in the Warrior Collective serves as a culminating exercise, allowing trainees to apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program. This hands-on experience empowers them to creatively solve real-world challenges, fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and practical application of the principles learned, thereby reinforcing their readiness for military service and beyond.
Basic Military Drill Basic Military Drill" is a pivotal Warrior Collective module, imparting discipline and precision. Mastering military facing movements fosters military heritage, attention to detail, and orderly execution of commands, aligning with military values and cultivating professionalism among recruits.
The Core Fundamentals The Core Fundamentals" in the Warrior Collective imparts essential skills including communication, leadership, rank structure, Air Force core values, Airman's Creed, and the Air Force Song. This module forges strong recruits embodying Air Force ethos and teamwork.
Physical Training The "Physical Training" within the Warrior Collective is crucial as it cultivates the recruits' physical fitness, resilience, and stamina, vital for success in the demanding challenges of military service. Through tailored workouts and tests, it hones their physical capabilities and mental fortitude preparing them for the rigorous demands of their military journey.
Mindset The "Mindset" module in the Warrior Collective is of paramount importance as it focuses on developing a resilient and adaptive mentality in recruits. By instilling positive thought patterns, problem-solving skills, and emotional resilience, this module equips trainees with the mental tools needed to navigate the challenges of military service and excel in their roles with confidence and determination.
Wingman, Warrior Leader The "Wingman, Warrior, Leader" module is pivotal, instilling camaraderie, responsibility, and leadership. Focused on mutual support, leadership skills, and teamwork, it fosters a culture of accountability and cultivates future military leaders.
Benefits / Family Resources The "Benefits and Family Resources" module is essential as it equips trainees with knowledge about the comprehensive support systems available to them and their families. By understanding the resources and benefits offered, trainees can confidently navigate their military journey while ensuring the well-being of their loved ones.
